For me one of the killer features of Django is being able to edit the code, then just reload the page to see my changes. Having to stop and restart the server all the time is a pain - I'll just stick to running it from the command line in that case.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8550962.post-87619602914172810022010-04-02T05:06:48.430-07:002010-04-02T05:06:48.430-07:00Django is good but i always face problem using it,...Django is good but i always face problem using it, why i don't know, i always try to find out the problem but not able to find out.Quranhttp://www.tauheed-sunnat.com/sunnat/taxonomy/vocabulary/10+32+33+23+28noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8550962.post-22109889412803262952010-03-25T09:30:33.732-07:002010-03-25T09:30:33.732-07:00this is great, but there's one problem: my pro...this is great, but there's one problem: my project is placed in a virtualenv, and the eclipse-console cannot find die needed libs. is there any way to tell pydev that it's within the virtualenv?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8550962.post-63513698044302317262010-03-24T06:35:51.315-07:002010-03-24T06:35:51.315-07:00This is really tremendous. I cant' wait 'till it's finished...

I usually have some problems with the definitions of the Django modules and names in PyDev, probably because it doesn't detect propperly all the Django modules, and end with some "false errors" on the projects. Are you improving this issue? I know Django makes some dynamic loading, so maybe it's difficult.

Also, what I miss is some support (syntax and autocompletion) with the templates. It will be great to help with that, too..

I use PyDev almost every day and I think it's really great tool! I want to add a "good job" statement to the message ;-)Jaimehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02966274109038870865noreply@blogger.com
